"Finding Answers"

In any and all situations we pray, asking the Father to show us the answers, please Lord help us to know what to do. But do we want to hear the things He tells us?

Although He sends us the answers time and time again, we either don't hear or don't listen. Why? It's because we want what WE want and not what God desires.

Unlike us, God can see the whole picture. How much easier our lives would be if we would stop on the first go-around and surrender our will over to His. Isn't this what Jesus always did?

Instead of thinking it is our responsibility to fix things, should we instead rely and absolutely trust God to guide and manage every area of our life, to supply all our needs, the big and the small? The answer should always be yes! He says He will supply our every need, (Psa 34:9).

When are we going to take Him at His word and really trust Him to do what He SAYS HE WILL DO? God is always ready and able to help us when we ask, it's a daily decision. Just think how much better our lives can and will be when we stop the madness and say, "O.K. Lord, I'm letting go, it's your's now, I surrender all."

Let's not be blind sided by the devil, who is the father of all lies. We know he takes just a little truth and mixes in a whole lot of other stuff, then tries his best to plant seeds of confusion and wrong thinking in to our minds. If we let those seeds begin to sprout and grow, before you know it we will be suffering consequences that are not a part of God's plan for our lives.

For Believers there is great news! God's Word says, "greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." (1 John 4:4) Let's vow to die to self and truly listen to the Master. The One who gives us life and breath in the first place.

Do you want to get serious and avoid a lot of pain and suffering? the kind of suffering that comes from a rebellious spirit? There is a solution and this is it: PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD. Read Eph 6:10-18. Are you ready? Go ahead - give it all to Him, stay with Him and don't ever let go. He won't!

Jesus wants to see us, talk with us, and to be a part of our lives from start to finish. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. (Eph 6: 18-B)

Remember, God is not the author of confusion, but of love, power, and a sound mind! (2 Tim 1:7)
