"Sojourner"

This world is not my home

I’m just a passing through

Just a wayfaring man

Just a passing through.

Looking, searching

For my pathway

So that I might walk through this life

In God’s perfect plan for me.

I am just passing through

A sojourner here

This World is not my home

I’m just passing through.

Don’t want to borrow trouble

No if, and, or buts about tomorrow

Walking on, one day at a time

Thoughts and Reflections:

We have just celebrated the passing of the old and the beginning of a New Year.

As more and more of my allotted time on earth Earth passes I realize that this World is not my home, that I am 

"Sojourner"

Thoughts and Reflections:

We have just celebrated the passing of the old and the beginning of a New Year.

As more and more of my alloted time on earth Earth passes I realize that this World is not my home, that I am truly a wayfaring man, a sojourner; and that I am just passing through.

One of my favorite verses in the Bible is:

"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you" Unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also" (John,14:1-3 KJV).

"Lets Teach Our Children to Love"

Why is it so difficult for our educators and society, in general, to understand that love and respect for one another taught from a young age can solve much of the world's hostility and social problems!

"Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6).

Love is the answer!

Loyalty and Faithfulness

True loyalty springs from the heart and is wrapped in love. It is often in our most private moments that true loyalty, or the lack of it, is made known.
