Jesus was the new Passover Lamb. Never again would there be a need for animal sacrifice. The Lamb of God had shed His blood once and for all!
"Jesus' Triumphal Entry"
The week before Jesus' crucifixion is considered to be the most eventful week of His life on earth, and His triumphal entry into Jerusalem was one of the greatest highlights.
"Good Friday"
Good Friday, yes, but "Resurrection Day" is coming! Arise, and allow His Light to brighten this dark world!
"This is the Day that the
Lord has Made"
This is the Day that the Lord Has Made
This is the day that the Lord has made,
So make sure that you have prayed,
And given God thanks for all He has done,
Because He is the only One
Who woke you up on this beautiful day
And started you on your merry way.
As soon as you wake from your sleep
Before you even brush your teeth,
Before your feet even hit the floor
Before you even go out the door,
Before you even put on your clothes
Before you even blow your nose.
Before you do any of that:
Always remember to pray.
Ask Him to guide you all through the day.
Ask Him to help you be mindful of what you say.
Ask Him to anoint your mind so you will be kind to others.
Ask Him to help you treat them as your brother.
Ask Him to help you be respectful to everyone you meet.
Whether in the alley or on the street.
Ask Him to help you make godly choices,
Ask Him to help you not to listen to those enticing voices.
And at the end of your productive day,
that THE LORD HAS MADE
Always remember to pray.
Ask Him to give you another good night’s sleep
And to grant you His perfect peace.
